Released posthumously this recording was Bill Evans first with Warner Bros

and last with long time bassist Eddie Gomez (11 years)



It was the home stretch for Bill but musically he kept growing.  He was the most

influential jazz pianist of his generation IMO


2 years later track #4 WE WILL MEET AGAIN; a tune dedicated to Bill's late

brother Harry Evans, became the title track of my favorite Bill Evans album:
